TRAINING IN JAPAN

Our Accepting organization in Japan are KMS and MSTM Corporative of Japan. Accepting organization are responsible for following duties.

Pickup and drop off our trainees to the Accepting Organization.
Conducting 1 Month Training Session; Learning Areas: Language | system | Rules & Regulations | Safety Methods | Life style.
Complete registrations and documentations that required in Japan.
Job Placements – After 01-month training, trainees will be able to initiate their training.

Introductory Training & Orientation(1 Month)

Implementing Organization

1 Stage -Technical Training Program for 03 Years Category ( i – b) – (Must pass the exam after first year to qualify for status)
2nd Stage – After one month vacation, Complete Technical Training Program for 02 Years – Category (ii – b)
After 5 years of Technical Internship Program, Candidate can Apply for specified skilled worker program(For 05 Years) or go back to Home Country
After first 3 years of Technical Internship Program(Must pass the exam after first year to qualify for status),candidate can apply SSW Category for (1 to 5 years)

Improve Japanese language abilities with unique education approach and extracurricular activities.

Implementing Organization

Selected candidates will receive a 5-year training program. Trainees are permitted a 01-month vacation leave after 03 years of training during the 05-year training duration. Trainees must complete an additional 02 years of training post vacation. Upon completing 05 years of training, trainees can apply for a Specialized Skill Worker (SSW) visa for additional 05 years. However, trainees must pass the JFT/JLTP4 language competence tests. Further, trainees can apply for a Specialized Skill Worker (SSW) visa for additional 05 years after completing the first 03 years of Internship program. However, must pass the exam after first year to qualify for status.
