On the occasion of the International Water Day which fell on the 24^th of March, the Sunil Gamage Foundation along with Tsukuba Technical Promotions (Pvt) Limited, an agency which trains and provides opportunities for local youth to obtain much needed technical knowledge and practical experience while working in Japanese organizations in Japan, undertook a CSR project clearing and cleaning the Waters of the Dikkowita Fisheries Harbour. Over eighty (80) past and present students of Tsukuba took part in this CSR project which was a great success. This was done under the guidance of Mr. Sunil Gamage who was the former Sri Lanka Consul General for Japan and the patron of the Sunil Gamage Foundation.
